He was mentored by a famous French Chef and a Croatian Miner while in Colorado\, and Dr. Chester Leathers the founder\nof the Arizona Mushroom Forum. He has been foraging mushrooms for over fifty years\, and has taught the art extensively. \nClass will be limited to the first fifty people who sign up.
