Community Room\, 2061 Lumber Valley Rd.\, Overgaard \nDate: Saturday\, July 13th \nTime: 2-3:30 PM \nLimited to 50 attendees. \nRegister Here!\nThe lovely rains and wet winter have the potential to bring many garden pests out this summer. \n\nSpeaker Michele McGuiness will walk you through Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies for garden pest management for our Arizona vegetable gardens.\nShe will talk about how to balance the ecosystem that is your garden so good bugs thrive and you create conditions that are unfavorable for those pests that would stop you from having an abundant harvest.\n\nAbout the Speaker: Michele McGuinness loves growing food and edible flowers. She has been gardening since childhood and has been a Master Gardener since 2017. She teaches vegetable gardening\, integrated pest management\, and other growing classes for the Maricopa Master Gardener program and here in Heber for the HOCRN GrowTogetherGarden.
