Join us for our upcoming class: Growing gourmet mushrooms indoors and in the garden.
From one kit of mushrooms to a whole operation, we will go over the necessary steps and infrastructure to grow mushrooms indoors safely and in the garden in a bale of straw! Mushroom kits will be available for purchase at the class.

- Interesting facts about mushrooms
- How to fruit a mushroom kit in a few easy steps.
- How to set up an indoor grow for the zealous hobbyists.
- How to inoculate a straw bale in the garden for mushrooms during monsoon weather
What to bring? Your questions, something to take notes with, and a willingness to learn and hat for the garden portion of the class.
About the Speaker: Nicole, her husband Dan, and their children have been growing food for the mountain for over 10 years, gourmet mushrooms for the last 4 years on and off. They love the food, and now many others do too! But one of their favorite things to share about the process is how quickly the waste can become soil for an amazing garden! Start to finish, the mushrooms are magical. And we’re happy to tell you about it!
