Bonnie Leedy is the CEO of School Webmasters, but in her “spare” time she loves gardening, preserving her harvest, baking bread, and livin’ life in the rural countryside. In this class, she’ll cover fermenting foods to preserve food and improve our health. Come get some ideas, recipes, and samples!

Learn about the benefits of lacto-fermentation for your gut and health

Learn how to ferment vegetables, dairy, sourdough, and to create beverages and snacks

Try samples of fermented foods and get some recipes to try at home
