Have a bountiful harvest but don’t know what to do with it? Bonnie Leedy will provide a high-level view of the many possibilities including: canning, dehydrating, freeze-drying, and fermenting. Come and learn about your options and get an introduction to each (with a future deep-dive into home canning if there is interest).

Class is free to members and Friends of the Garden. $5 to non-members.
