Looking for ways to beautify your space, and not sure what will work best here? Don’t know whether you should use perennials, annuals, native plants, or a combination? Let us help! In this hands-on class in the garden, we’ll review the three types, tell you what grows easily here (and some that are more challenging), and give you strategies to be successful so you can enjoy the beautiful fruits of your labor.
We will:
- Teach the differences between perennials, annuals, and native species
- Highlight pros and cons of the three types
- Discuss the important roles of flowering plants in your vegetable garden
- Provide a list of plants that grow well here
- Share tips and tricks to get you flowering
- Do a little planting and send you home with some flowery gifts from us
**Bring a chair if you’d like to sit, and pen us & paper for notes.
